Ciao.

So ive been intaly for close to to weeks and it just started to get crazy.

I live in a city called Baschi in a 500 year old house on chef;s parent's farm. there are 3 bedrooms and currently 5 people living there (1 more in may)> we all leave at the same time and get in a lil car called Elanor and drive to work in Orvieto. average hours for us is 10am-3pm and the 6pm-10pm between 3pm-6pm i get to adventure around the city if I choose. so far i have been working every day since i got hewre which is fine with me i a learning so much from this place. not only do we run ala carte we do catering event and baquets.

on top of that chef has the study abroad students here . so on top of us running the restaurant there is class about every day here. this creates instant chaos. I had a half day to day because there was not much room to work. we also have to cook lunch and dinner for them that are 3 courses each almost every day. I think this is going to be a great lesson, by the time im dome i should be able to be unstoppable

Some one from the restaurant is waiting for me at the airport or transport center and is driving us to Orvieto
Option #2 (most likely)
take a shuttle from airport in to the Rome transport canter and get a train ticket from Rome to Orvieto. in Orvieto venture until I find The Zeppelin

So I have moved out of Orange County and back to my home town for the final week before I leave he is what going on so far

In Orviteo I'm staying there for 3 months. I'm making 150 euros a month and room and board is provided. I know my hours 8am- 11pm. I will have a total of 4 hour of break time during the day. i plan to travel to another county during time off I'm thinking of Switzerland or the UK. All I know I must stay on the move and take advantage of this adventure.

On June 18th I will travel to Calvi dell'Umbria to work at an art monastery. my main job is grounds work and garden maintenance and on a few day I will cook family meal for every one. Room and board is provided but the room is my tent in the olive grove. our arrangement is i work for one month and i meet with my coordinator and we'll discuss if I will stay longer. I know I will stay for at least 2 additional month because I will have my good friend Lauren to come stay and help us as long as we go on an adventure.

Questa avventura sarà epico!

Hello Robert,
So lovely to hear from you again. We are about an hour south of Orvieto. It could be great to have you with us in the late summer. How long would you be available to stay? We'll have a few interns (the others would be doing office, maintenance, and gardening, we would have you focus on the kitchen) and you all would be staying in tents in the organic olive grove. Would that work for you? Do you have a tent you could bring?

My name is Robert aka Robot, row-bear. I am a recent graduate from The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of California-Orange County. I am currently employed as a sales associate for sur la table and a short order grill cook for a hot dog joint.

March 18th will be the day I start my life a chef. For I have just acquired a paid internship in Orvieto, Italy. The deal is 150 euros a month a place to stay and food is provided by the restaurant. I just need to get there.
