Hello Robert,
So lovely to hear from you again. We are about an hour south of Orvieto. It could be great to have you with us in the late summer. How long would you be available to stay? We'll have a few interns (the others would be doing office, maintenance, and gardening, we would have you focus on the kitchen) and you all would be staying in tents in the organic olive grove. Would that work for you? Do you have a tent you could bring?

It has only begun..

My name is Robert aka Robot, row-bear. I am a recent graduate from The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of California-Orange County. I am currently employed as a sales associate for sur la table and a short order grill cook for a hot dog joint.

March 18th will be the day I start my life a chef. For I have just acquired a paid internship in Orvieto, Italy. The deal is 150 euros a month a place to stay and food is provided by the restaurant. I just need to get there.
